If the property is being sold, please have the seller or the buyer’s agent complete the required form.

If you are refinancing your home, you are considered the seller, and the buyer will be the financing company.

WDIR is a report that states the current conditions of a property only for the time of when the inspection was done. This report is just an inspection and not a treatment.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a charge for the WDIR Inspection that will be emailed to you once the request is received. If a termite contract is needed for the closing an estimate will be given when the WDIR inspections are performed.
