Wood Destroying Insect Report

Wood Destroying Insect Report in Jacksonville, NC and the surrounding areas

A Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDIR) is typically required when a property is being sold or refinanced at the request of a lender.

The form on this page provides the information needed to complete the report.

If the property is being sold, please have the seller or the buyer’s agent complete the required form.

If you are refinancing your home, you are considered the seller, and the buyer will be the financing company.

WDIR is a report that states the current conditions of a property only for the time of when the inspection was done. This report is just an inspection and not a treatment.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a charge for the WDIR Inspection that will be emailed to you once the request is received. If a termite contract is needed for the closing an estimate will be given when the WDIR inspections are performed.

We Serve Onslow, Carteret, Craven, Pender, Jones and Duplin Counties in Eastern North Carolina. If you have any questions regarding wood destroying insect reports for your home please call our team at 910-996-5225.

If you have questions or concerns, please email wdir@modernexterminating.com.

When we first moved into our house in 2020 (Jacksonville NC) we had those roach looking water bug things that I'm not used to being from the Midwest. I gave modern exterminators a call and Curtis was here the next day. We've been using Modern and Curtis ever since. He's awesome and will text me reminders and he's always on time. Every once in awhile I'll see one of those nasty bugs but it's upside down and dead thank God and Modern (Curtis). Fair priced as well. I stand by this same review now in 2023. Curtis was just here yesterday to spray on time to keep us free and clear of those nasty so-called water bugs 🪳 Thanks Modern (Curtis) and we feel the same here in spring of 2024 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I still feel the same way about modern exterminating and forward the same review to the new gentleman Robby that took Curtis's place now in 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ you all are still getting those nasty palmetto's much rather see them once in a while dead than alive thank you modern exterminating.
