Robert was great. Showed up on time and got right after it. Was asking me if we had been having any issues with bugs and I mentioned that we had been seeing a few outside at night when taking the dogs out. Not only did he spray but also came back with some granular insecticide and spread that in the areas we had been seeing them. Cannot tell you how much we HATE bugs and Robert and Modern make sure we don't have them. We get a treatment every 3 months and it's some of the best money spent!

Never saw him!! Saw the truck out front. Heard him under the house. Saw the truck had left but never saw him personally. I guess he did a good job.
