Modern Exterminating, and more specifically, Dan the tech, is wonderful!! I have lived in my home for about 13 years, and I am pretty sure Dan has been my tech the entire time. He is professional, polite, consistent, and easy to communicate with. I am often able to text him and have him come right out to spray whenever needed. Or on the flip side, he will text me and let me know when he's in my neighborhood to see if I need anything. The services are affordable, and I haven't had any critters in my house or yard in 13 years!
