David was considerate of our home as we worked, explained the process thoroughly, and was friendly. I appreciated the small time window provided so I could plan my day. He also texted me to let me know when he was on his way and then just mins away from my home. There were a few ways to pay, which is helpful and easy. We happened to have a trip planned a day after and we came back to zero bugs (dead or alive). Great service and effective. Update: Had Robbie service us this time and still 5 stars. I explained a few things we’ve noticed and he was able to quickly recommend and explain how to address it. Helpful and quick. Thanks!

I was informed by my lawn service that I had a wasp infestation in several places on my property in August 2026. I was able to get in touch with Steve at Modern Exterminating and he had the infestation taken care of by James within 2 days. James came to my door before he left and told me what he had done to remedy the situation. I’ve had a contract with Modern Exterminating for yearly termite examinations for15 years and I feel they are trustworthy and reliable. Steve and James were very friendly, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. I was impressed and thankful for their help.
