Dan the technician always keeps me up to date on my treatment plan. He works with me and treating my yard and not exposing my dogs. (my concern). Modern also keeps up with my termite inspections. Both technicians always text or calls to keep me informed. I have had no ant or bug issues since Modern started managing my home. I had a yellow jacket nest and Dan was there promptly to get rid of them.Great technicians and company.

Modern exterminating is the best. We previously used a different pest control and felt it was not as good at communicating with us on times and needs. Moderns techs are very personable and great at communicating and working with our schedule on when to come by. We had our yard sprayed for mosquitoes and we haven’t seen one since. He also texted me to let me know when he was on his way and then just mins away from my home. There were a few ways to pay, which is helpful and easy. We just had Robby with Modern Exterminating come out to treat our yard for fire ants. He kept me updated throughout the entire process starting with coming out to give us a quote, scheduling the appointment, and then giving an ETA day of. He also took care of some wasp nests while he was here even though he certainly didn’t have to! I also called the office afterwards to set up quarterly treatments and Amy and Melinda were extremely helpful and so sweet. They knew exactly what I was needing and got it taken care of super fast. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking!
