The exterminator arrived on time and checked in with us before starting. It was a quick and easy 10 minutes, inside and outside. The exterminating liquid is not toxic, so pets don’t have to be locked up until it dries up. Best part is you don’t even have to be in your house during the appointment. The exterminating works too; I haven’t seen a critter indoors except for the ones my cats bring inside
