Curtis is professional & polite. The kind of person you feel comfortable allowing into your home.

Andrew, was very professional from before he even came out to do our servicing with phone calls planning ahead, letting us know what we needed to do before he came if anything, Very informative What was being done and the treatment that he was performing and why they do it the way they do it and how it protects us in our home. I recommend Andrew For every customer very good representation of the company.

Wonderful, knowledgeable young man! Came to do my inspection the same day! Thank you!

David was extremely professional. He was very kind and explained everything he was going to do and why. He was respectful and thorough.

David was very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Responsive and accommodating to customers schedules.

James will call and give me a heads up before my scheduled service and is always very courteous and professional.

Robert was great. Showed up on time and got right after it. Was asking me if we had been having any issues with bugs and I mentioned that we had been seeing a few outside at night when taking the dogs out. Not only did he spray but also came back with some granular insecticide and spread that in the areas we had been seeing them. Cannot tell you how much we HATE bugs and Robert and Modern make sure we don't have them. We get a treatment every 3 months and it's some of the best money spent!

Never saw him!! Saw the truck out front. Heard him under the house. Saw the truck had left but never saw him personally. I guess he did a good job. Thanks, Art Turner PS This is to inform you because of Josh, we were able to report the info that Josh gave us about water under the house and they fixed the malfunctioning equipment today. That shows that even when we don’t see him doing the inspection that he is looking out for us. Kudos for Josh.

Very professional.

Andrew did a great job. Thoroughly answered all my questions regarding the application, my pets, and what to expect next. He was quick and conscious of my sleeping kids. Thank you Andrew and Modern Exterminating.

Very professional and so helpful with any questions I had!
