David was considerate of our home as we worked, explained the process thoroughly, and was friendly. I appreciated the small time window provided so I could plan my day. He also texted me to let me know when he was on his way and then just mins away from my home. There were a few ways to pay, which is helpful and easy. We happened to have a trip planned a day after and we came back to zero bugs (dead or alive). Great service and effective.

We just had Robby with Modern Exterminating come out to treat our yard for fire ants. He kept me updated throughout the entire process starting with coming out to give us a quote, scheduling the appointment, and then giving an ETA day of. He also took care of some wasp nests while he was here even though he certainly didn’t have to! I also called the office afterwards to set up quarterly treatments and Amy and Melinda were extremely helpful and so sweet. They knew exactly what I was needing and got it taken care of super fast. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking!
