Dan the technician always keeps me up to date on my treatment plan. He works with me and treating my yard and not exposing my dogs. (my concern). Modern also keeps up with my termite inspections. Both technicians always text or calls to keep me informed. I have had no ant or bug issues since Modern started managing my home. I had a yellow jacket nest and Dan was there promptly to get rid of them.Great technicians and company.

I was new to the area and had to ask around about pest exterminating companies. I got several recommendations but decided on this company. It was a very good decision. They arranged a set schedule and consistent in keeping appointments. I have had no problems with pest. They offered to come back if needed. I can’t say enough about the person sent to my home to do the service. He was professional, courteous and respectful of my property. He listened carefully and did exactly what I wanted.
