Julee Sewell

VP and Visonary

Julee Efird Sewell was born and raised in Jacksonville, NC, and is proud to be part of her family’s business. She loves learning from her dad, Charles, and often reflects on how her granddaddy would be amazed to see his granddaughter running the company today.

After graduating from East Carolina University, Julee began her career teaching at Morton Elementary before joining the family business full-time in 2003. She is deeply proud of her team and the way they care for both their customers and their community. Making a difference in our work family and community is the best part of this job!

Chris Isenhart

External Operations Director

Chris Isenhart has called Onslow County home for most of his life and has worked in the pest control industry for 20 years. He believes in doing things the right way—with care, honesty, and a true commitment to keeping his neighbors safe and comfortable.

When he’s not out in the field or connecting with the team and customers, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends or volunteering with local organizations across southeastern North Carolina. He takes pride in being part of a company that puts people first and provides pest control solutions that are both effective and compassionate.

Casey Hightower

Internal Operations Director

Casey Hightower was born and raised in the small town of Danielsville, Georgia. She married a Marine, and together they have three children. The Marine Corps brought their family to Camp Lejeune, where Casey began working with Modern Exterminating in May 2012. In 2019, they moved to California for four years but were thrilled to return in 2023.

Casey loves helping her team grow and succeed both professionally and personally and takes pride in providing customers with excellent service and a safe home. She is very proud to be part of the Modern Family and is deeply grateful to the Efird and Sewell families for their trust and support.
