Wood Destroying Insect Report

Wood Destroying Insect Report in Jacksonville, NC and the surrounding areas

A Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDIR) is typically required when a property is being sold or refinanced at the request of a lender.

The form on this page provides the information needed to complete the report.

If the property is being sold, please have the seller or the buyer’s agent complete the required form.

If you are refinancing your home, you are considered the seller, and the buyer will be the financing company.

WDIR is a report that states the current conditions of a property only for the time of when the inspection was done. This report is just an inspection and not a treatment.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a charge for the WDIR Inspection that will be emailed to you once the request is received. If a termite contract is needed for the closing an estimate will be given when the WDIR inspections are performed.

We Serve Onslow, Carteret, Craven, Pender, Jones and Duplin Counties in Eastern North Carolina. If you have any questions regarding wood destroying insect reports for your home please call our team at 910-996-5225.

If you have questions or concerns, please email wdir@modernexterminating.com.

I have been with Modern for 20 years, I love them. They are a family business and I feel part of the family. Robbie is a delight, he is always on time, he is professional, friendly, and does a perfect job every time. He takes his time just make sure he hits every corner. I will stay with them forever!!! Josh did my termite inspection. Had it not been for him, who knows what would have happened. The pump on my dehumidifier would no longer automatically shut off, it was malfunctioning. He unplugged it and notified me immediately. They are so thorough, you never needed to worry about anything being missed. They look at everything.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Lisa, we're thrilled you had a great experience! Your feedback helps us stay the best pest control in Jacksonville, NC and inspires our Jacksonville, NC pest control experts to keep improving. We value your input and look forward to keeping your home pest-free.
